Imported from the daily Campspot report. Today's arrivals are highlighted.
Usage = this month's reading minus the meter's previous reading. ⚠ flags: usage on an empty site, no usage with an RV, a reading lower than last time (meter swap or typo), or a missing reading.
Each departure is matched to the arrival before it on the same site. Used = departure reading minus arrival reading.
Type a guest name, site number, plate or phone number.
Office users see everything except the Admin area. Admins see and do everything.
After this long with nobody using it, the app locks. People get back in with their 6-digit passcode or password. Each person can pick a shorter time for themselves.
Backup
Saves everything in one file: meter readings, stays, reservations and holds, users and names, notes, alerts, tasks, shifts, settings and logs.
Restore
Choose a backup file made here. Records in the file replace current ones with the same id; anything newer is kept. Sign-in accounts are not in the file, so people who are no longer registered must sign up again and be approved.
Meter readings
Google Sheet (optional)
To also keep your readings in a Google Sheet, paste the web app address of the sheet's script and the link that opens the sheet. Leave both empty to keep this off.
Danger zone
Deletes the month chosen above from the app and from the Google Sheet. It cannot be undone.
Import Campspot reports
Choose a Campspot report CSV: Who's in the Park or Arrivals (short stays, arrives daily by email) or Admin Hold (long stays and storage, import about monthly). Only the site, guest name, dates, RV, plate and party size are kept. No phone, email, address or notes are saved.
Office hours
Tap the months that use summer hours. Every other month uses winter hours. Shifts on the Calendar follow these times: Morning runs from opening to the middle time, Afternoon from the middle time to closing.
Office closed on
No shifts are asked for on these days, and the Calendar shows "Office closed".
Electric rate
Use total bill ÷ total usage from a recent utility bill. It drives the cost estimates on the Meters page and the guest charge shown on departures.
